Stunning fact: only 40% small businesses sell, the others simply close their doors This is what motivated me to help small businesses create an exit blueprint. Let’s face it there are only 3 options. 1) You will succeed wildly as we hope you will and THUS will want to sell your business. 2) You will sadly fail and we hope that is not you! 3) You’ll go out feet first and your heirs will need to sell it, or just close it as most small businesses just do.

I was in your shoes not long ago and with the experience of selling my company after 40 years I bring your perspective to the webinars I host, so I get the information you need.

I consult with both buyers and sellers (on different deals) to make sure I understand the motivations on both sides. I am not a broker, CPA, lawyer, etc. but I want to follow through with my vision to help small LSCs prepare and exit successfully.

I created the ALC Corner and webinars to provide a forum for LSC owners to learn about selling their companies or engaging in an acquisition strategy.
